On Feb. 14, over 120 entrepreneurs and 30 investors attended BayBio’s annual Entrepreneur & Investor Roundtables.  This event, now in its tenth year, drew nearly 200 attendees from the life science community.

Taking advantage of the unique speed-dating format of the Roundtables, entrepreneurs were given the opportunity to pitch to a diverse group of investors that included angels, venture capitalists, corporate venture and sovereign wealth funds, such as Baxter Venture, Sand Hill Angels, Claremont Creek Ventures, Johnson & Johnson and Beijing E-Town.

With the event being held for the first time in conjunction with the Molecular Medicine Tri Conference, the Roundtables was also able to attract entrepreneurs and investors from outside the region.
